Voice Teachers
Rebekah Carroll is originally from Livonia and graduated
cum laude from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri
with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education with an
emphasis in vocal performance and pedagogy.  As a
performer, Rebekah has been a guest soloist with the
Livonia Symphony Orchestra for three consecutive seasons
and a featured soloist for the Birmingham-Bloomfield
Symphony Orchestra.  Rebekah has performed extensively
in the city of Livonia and surrounding areas and has
recorded two CDs, “Classical Favorites” and “A Classical
Christmas” which was a live recording of a concert given as
the premier performance at the newly constructed St. Mary’s
Antiochian Orthodox Church.  As a three-year member of
Evangel University’s Concert Choir, Rebekah has traveled
and performed all over the United States and Eastern
Europe.  Rebekah has experience as a private voice and
piano teacher and as a high school choral director.  She
enjoys working with students and sharing her passion for
music and performance through teaching.  At Cameron’s
since the fall of 2009, Rebekah teaches private voice, piano
and group piano lessons.
MAESTRO GERALD GOSLIN is an internationally recognized
concert pianist and professor of music. He majored in
music at Cass Technical High School and Wayne State
University and went on to study with the leading maestros
and professors in Michigan. He is currently adjunct
professor of piano, voice and theory at Oakland Community
College and voice at Cameron's Music.  In his 44-year
career, he has played, lectured and presented workshops
the world over and made numerous television and radio
appearances. Professor Goslin has taught at Cameron's
since 1999.
SUSAN OLLER has been teaching piano and voice for the
past 12 years, the last 8 here at Cameron's. Susan earned
her vocal and piano pedagogy degree from Heidelberg
College in Tiffin Ohio in 1994. Susan graduated cum laude
and received the Dorothy and Ferris Ohl Prize awarded to
the student that displayed ability, and potential for
professional success. Susan has played the piano since
she was five and has been singing since she started in
choir at the age of 12. Through high school and college,
Susan was the guest soloist at St. Peters Catholic Church
in Ohio. Mrs. Oller's performing experience include choir,
show choir, women's small ensemble, chamber singers
and opera theater. Susan's studio philosophy is that the
students must learn in a fun environment and enjoy the
many aspects that music has to offer. Mrs. Oller's students
participate in the solo and ensemble festivals as well as the
Michigan Federation of Music Festival. Susan's students
also perform in two recitals a year.
