The basis and backbone of our business is the repair and
restoration of musical instruments. Ken and Joe have a combined
35 years of experience in the proper repair of band instruments.
Cameron's Music enjoys the unique distinction of being the only
local shop to offer complete on-site repair and restoration of all
woodwind and brass instruments. What this means is instant and
accurate assessments from the people doing the actual work and
no waiting for weeks on end to even know what may be wrong
with your horn. Our shop, widely regarded as the best in the
area, can handle anything from the tiniest dent in a trumpet valve
to a complete vintage Selmer Mark VI overhaul. Repairing and
restoration is an art form at Cameron's, an art form which we
hold in the highest regard. An instrument that is not correctly set
up, cleaned and adjusted is worthless for creating music. Because
of our strict belief in this philosophy, not many shops can
compete with our high degree of craftsmanship.

Our knowledge also helps us help you find the proper instrument
for you or your child. One of the few stores around that
regularly carries a complete line of beginner to pro instruments
from all the major manufacturers, we can offer suggestions and
working knowledge to find out if you need a basic beginner,
step-up or pro horn, based on your current situation or future
plans. We can help you decide if it's better to rent or buy. We
make it a point to keep ahead of the rapidly changing industry and
bring only the best instruments of all levels into our shop. We
also often have interesting instruments or groups of instruments

MOUTHPIECES AND REEDS
Our expertise extends into reed and mouthpiece selection as well.
Often a student will be playing a great horn but the wrong
mouthpiece or reed. We have a large selection in the store and
can make recommendations for the proper match between player,
horn and mouthpiece. Customers are always welcome to try
different combinations out in the store.
PRINTED MUSIC AND SHEET MUSIC
ON DEMAND
We have a large selection of music and method books in the
store. Because of our connection with the local schools, we can
recommend popular and challenging titles for solo and ensemble
competition or even professional auditions. One of our publishers,
Hal Leonard, offers sheet music on demand. If they publish it,
we can print it out right here in the store while you wait! Over
100,000 titles are available at Hal Leonard.

We have a unique guitar department with new and used
instruments you can't find anywhere else. Don't be shy, try
